Name needed for a group

I work with a group of teenage girls, in a setting designed to enhance personal growth. At our facility, the various groups choose a name for themselves. I've got a lot of new girls in the group and we want to change the name so they all feel a sense of belonging. We're having problems coming up with something we all like.

It's important that the name have a meaning/symbolism behind it. Something they can really stand behind.

Names I've had in the past: Essence, Synergy, Magic, Genesis, Serendipity.

Any suggestions?

How do they perceive themselves as girls? Do they want the name to be a focus on who they are? What they can accomplish?

I would say offhand, Eve....

A few that come to mind are:

Dawn, Prelude, Evolution, Morphs (for Metamorphosis.)

This sounds like a very worthwhile organization, of which there should be more.
