Recently, several of my fictional friends and I, along with several of the "real" cyber-virtual Passions contributers took off on a little rampage, each adding to a storyline we were creating (and of course, each making sure we were characters in the story). I realize that this thread wasn't the intent of the new "Fiction Workshop" which Ron has started. Our little story actually began accidently with responses to Michael's question, "Is This For Real?", posted because he wondered when the REAL Fiction Workshop would begin. At any rate, it was loads of fun! At least I thought so! Plus, some of my fictional friends mentioned to me that they had a great time adding to the story, too. I was just wondering if any of those spontaneous contributers would like to see something like this established at Passions as a regular part of the site, as I would. I realize that Ron may veto this idea, but thought I'd run it up the flagpole and see how many fictional and real people might bother to salute it. So, what do you guys think? Let's hear from you Loony Tunes.... Justin Kace you like this idea. Maybe the Unknown Poet would like to join in on this in a Poetically deVine vote for participation? Christopher? Unknown Poet? Elizabeth? Poet deVine? desperado? Nan? ONE FLEW? Alicat? Nocht? Satiate? DreamEvil? iloveit? Systematic Decay? Sunshine? Justin Kace? Dragoness? Sally? Michael? Credible? merlyn? Dr. Moose? WHERE ARE YOU GUYS? And whaddya think? Maybe if you agree with me that this kinda thing would be fun as a permanent fixture, you can say so here Justin Thyme before Ron uses the server space for some more Credible venture. Hey, y'never know, y'know? He just might say ok! (ps. I promise I'll try to be less wordy than before... hehehe.... ok? And, I'll stay out of the serious for real workshop.... after all, Thyme is just a fictional character... or is Thyme the 4th dimension? Sounds to me like it's Thyme you took a trip to Passions in Prose.  Prose does, after all, include fiction, right? Just start a story and see who adds to it.[This message has been edited by Ron (edited 10-12-1999).] |

A new forum could work, we are just a group of people that like to express our silly side. For me it has been a wonderful release, great therapy for daily anxiety. We may be fictional to a point yet we are all real people behind it. Some here think we have gone overboard with the Justin's and yet other's are crying for more. Seems in this world we live you can't please everyone, but I see no harm in expressing a bit of fun amongst friends we have gained here at Passions. We either need a place to call our own or we need to have the freedom to express our happy, silly, looney minds wherever we may please without the worry that we are infringing upon serious minds. I deeply thank our administrator for giving me a chance here to express my opinion upon this topic. |

ONE FLEW, your being much to serious here, chill out. We have our fun and after a while it will be seen that we are who we are. Just a bunch of Justin's and other's out for a good time. Just in case you wonder why I'll explain to you. It's just incrediable how we all string together to make silly poems. It's Just in insane how we were able to make a story bringing in lots of family from this Passions site. I was just in consistant with my parenting of the Justin twins and now look what they've become. I know that this whole thing seems just in conceiveable yet we have been rolling in laughter from the day it began. Now any of you who may not have noticed us may be thinking I'm crazy and I am. As being a character writing fiction you can be anything you choose to be, it gives a new horizon to a tired mind. I have gone on to long here, but I just wanted to calm ONE FLEW OVER down. Sometimes he flys to high for his own good. That's it for me (as I reach my hand out to bring ONE FLEW back to reality) |
