I awake to her the chirp of birds, to hear them singing those wonderful words, that make me rise to my feet, and go out and then I meet, the lovely sound and lovely place, that opens my ears and sooths my face, the wind that is against my skin, my skin so bare and when, I look at the ground,oh so wet, and then I know why it's left, that I may walk a top my feet, and then the earth and I shall meet, we melt together and then become one, me, the ground, the sea, the sun. |

A lovely poem! You are evoking the imagery very well in this poem, with the environment seeming to blend in. I could feel it. When I read poems, I try to "sense" something... some kind of vision. Nice ambience, Sundance! Your name is fitting. |
