Please don't cry, I heard her say.It will be fine, everythings okay.As I stopped to look at who was talking to me.My little girl said don't cry mommy.Just then I told her I was alright.I needed some sleep after crying all night. She lay down beside me,as I heard her cry.I talked to her and asked her why. I could tell she was full of fear.Rock a bye baby,Chin up my dear. ------------------ |

You told me to keep my chin in my time of need. I thank you for it. Great idea to title a poem like this. |
