Hush, my darling, go to sleep
And meet me in my dreams.
My heart is yours to hold and keep,
To mend its withered strings.
Sleep with me under the moon
Until the night turns day.
Take away my miffs and gloom-
Tell me you're here to stay.
Let's fly away to distant lands
On magic carpet rides.
Soaring high and holding hands,
Right at each other's sides.
Kiss me high up in the sky
And tell me we are One.
With you, my soul takes wings to fly-
My journey's just begun.
You give me wings that carry me
Through places I must go.
You are the star that guides me
And the wind that holds me so.
You give me grace to hold me strong
When winds, themselves, die down.
You take my hand, pull me along
Through each and every town.
The love you give I need like air-
Without it I can't breathe.
What are dreams without you there?
Nightmares that I seethe...
My heart is yours to hold and keep-
You mend its withered strings.

Truly in this verse does my Lady show to the world her love for me. I know not why she does and I do not care. It is enough to know that she does.
