Whispers (In The Night)

Whispers in the night,
making everything calm & right.
Whispers float across
the autumn leaves,
putting your soul to rest,
your mind at ease.
Whispers in the night,
reassuring me that everything
will be all right.
Whispers in the night,
sheds a whole new
kind of light.
Whispers in the night,
seems to make the
mornings bright.
Hearing those soft
whispers in the night,
gradually make me
sleep tight.
Slowly drifting
asleep,
I hear those soft
whispers in the
night,
fading away,
in the brisk
evening
autumn
night.

How strange....I'd got half a poem in my head along the same lines...glad those whispers give a little comfort..:-)
