Uncaring and unforgiving in thy conquest; unsatiable in thy hunger to devour all that is beautiful. Curse thee. Do not you realize the fire of man is not fanned by thy winds? Curse thee. Thou may fade the garden's petals; but seeds of thought shall ever be reborn from thy wretched soil. Curse thee. Necromancer, in thy battle for eternal domination thou hast leveled mountains and gouged the deepest sea; but as the Phoenix, ever shall rise man. Curse thee. |

Wow, this is great. I love the structure and the archaic language fits so well. |

Hear! Hear! Well Said! Liked the style and the feelings behind it all. Thanks to Lady D for bringing it back to the top. |

Mike, so sorry I didn't see your poem about time and try to better it, I just did it, then started looking around and there you were. Forgive me? ------------------ Words that enlighten the soul are more precious than jewels. ~Isis~ |
