Licking John Malkovich

Caught again, his face close to mine
Foolish girl, this Poet deVine
Licking John Malkovich are you dear?
Shame on you, this is too queer!

Why hold that photo close to you?
He can’t talk back, he has no clue
That you are wickedly licking his face
Really, Girl! This is a disgrace!

A magazine held this Hershey kiss
But it melted in the sun’s hot hiss
So on John Malkovich it did run
My last kiss, melted in the sun

Some people come into our lives and quickly go. Some stay for awhile and leave footprints in our heart and we are never ever the same.

Thank you all for leaving footprints!!

WOO HOO! Gotta admit, the title brought me in. Ever since "Mary Reilly", I've found ol' John to be irresistible. What I wouldn't do to lick him!

I thought up the title and wrote the poem to go with it - just to see if the title is what grabbed you! I also am a big fan of John Malkovich's! He has a powerful acting style - I could sit and look (lick) at thim all day! Guess this also shows that bald is beautiful!

There is a movie coming out this fall called "Being John Malkovich"..I stole part of it for my title and wrote around it. I wanted to see if the title alone would grab anyone's attention...I think a title is an important part of the poem. Thanks again to all who read and replied.

Well deVine one... Your humor hasn't changed a bit... And your talent hasn't either. Nice work.
