This is one of my favourite poems felt like reposting it again.. How can I describe it? This meeting of the minds? An awkward moment, a stolen glance, A shred of happiness to find. A diversion from the everyday, Laughter shared, a walk down memory lane, All problems seem so far away, Happiness again, no quarells, no pain. But can these feelings last? Are they real or a dalliance? Seeking something from one another, Should we give these feelings a chance? It's all so new this thing between us like a newborn doe, Or perhaps dawn's first rays of light? It's kind of overwhelming too, But God it feels so right. Do we give into these feelings these memories? Or should they be put back on the shelf? To be dusted off and remembered When I'm all by myself? This thing between us is oh so fragile, Like a flower teased open by the sunlight. Only time will tell if our feelings are real, And not a phantom in the night... ------------------ A hero is a man who does what he can. ~Isis~ (The Fragile Rose) |

Very nice Isis and I can understand why ------------------ Some people come into our lives and quickly go. Some stay for awhile and leave footprints in our heart and we are never ever the same. Thank you all for leaving footprints!! |
