Setting Sail

Let me come to you tonight
in the belly of a great winged ship
embraced by cirrus clouds
as I fly over mountains and valleys
to the ocean of your love

Let me sail to heaven and back
on the waves of passion that wash over me
with each gentle caress of your hands
while your lips on mine breath life
into my drowning soul

Let me explore all these uncharted waters
memorizing each and every part of you
in my eyes, hands and lips
rocked softly to sleep in your body
bathing in the afterglow
and floating on the sea of your love

Just wondering what direction you were flying
East, West, South or North, or was it straight up into heaven. What ever there is one lucky guy at the other end. Enjoyed the poem.
