I believe yesterday was the first day of fall/autumn here in the good ole U.S.A....and, it was the first day of spring in Austrailia......If ya hadn't seen any of the Foster's beer commercials...(very funny), then this wouldn't have made any sense....but then again...when has a poem by Toerag made a whole lotta sense to anyone?... |

You like my country's beer then? Good on ya mate!! You should try some Redback Lager, We all thinks it's really great! And what of our fabled Vegemite, Have you tried it, would you dare? Many American's can't understand, Their tastebuds just aren't there. And Voilet Crumbles.. A chocolate for the coniseur, Honeycomb bathed in Cadbury's Chocolate, You should try it for sure. So, when we have our autumnal equinox, is the Australian one vernal?...and when we have our vernal equinox, is the Australian one autumnal? and do your leaves change color in the spring or fall? Australian seasons are just the opposite of ours..they are entering their warmer ones..imagine Christmas as a summer day! Someone will have to drink my Fosters as I don't drink!!!  |
