Canadian Wild I would if I could, take a touch of black a bit of white and gray on my back, feathers and soft down to make me soar, and then I would ask for one thing more. I would if I could, take my forever love and wing with him ever so high above tenderly calling out to my life’s mate together in life, then at heaven’s gate. I would if I could, be this creature for this lovely bird has a special feature the geese mate for life, up to heaven’s door and for a life’s love, I’d not ask anything more. ©KRJ 22 September, 1999 ------------------ Sunshine Look, then, into thine heart, and write ~~~ Henry Wadsworth Longfellow |

Nicely expressed here Sunshine....I really like that ------------------ Some people come into our lives and quickly go. Some stay for awhile and leave footprints in our heart and we are never ever the same. Thank you all for leaving footprints!! |

Sunshine I loved it! It touched me. This was awesome. Well written. But I can't really explain, I was in awe! |

I loved this! I had forgotten that little piece of trivia about our feathered friends, gee what would this world be like if humans had that kind of loyalty? ------------------ Julie ------------------------- ..."to thine own self be true." >William Shakespeare |

Love this Sunshine. Canadian geese are really lovely birds - there are a lot of birds/animals that mate for life..wolves also right? |
