I lie awake and think of you again, The way you used to look at me, your silly little grin. The sound of your voice, the touch of your hand, Seems to have slipped through my fingers like a handfull of sand. You're so far away, I miss you more everyday. I love you so, How much you'll never truly know. ------------------ We are only truly apperciated after we are no more! |

Another good one ... funny how things escape you ... memories fade ... But, take it from me ... it only takes an instant to revive them ... Thank you all for your replies. Andrew: yes it is true, very true unfortunately. But I am learning to cope with it, slowly but surely. And thanks for the welcome. Nocht: Ummmm...a hot time? Well maybe...then again maybe not...only time will tell. However if things keep going the way they are...it will not be so hot. Bleu: I'm glad you like it. I write from the heart therefore my emotions come out very strong in my poems, so whether or not someone likes it or not is always a worry of mine.
