I love you....what does it mean to you? |

Three words 8 characters 2 spaces and it means I care... I'm interested... I'm here... Always *I* am here for you! It doesn't matter whether you say these words to friends or to your lover your partner your spouse... The meaning remains the same... Why do we say "three LITTLE words"? There's nothing little about the feeling in my heart when I say them.. For The Man I Love You know I'm listening.. I worry with you... I make time to be with you.. My eyes light up The corners of my mouth smile My stomach flips over And I go crazy with worry when you're late My world is brighter sharing it with you For My Friends You know I'm listening... I cry when you're in pain I hug you when you've overcome that obstacle I want to hold your hand when you're sad Laugh with you when you are happy but always when I say I Love You it means I am here and I am not going away! I love you... What does it mean to you? ------------------ You give but little when you give of your possessions. It is when you give of yourself that you truly give. HUGS ILoveit I'm sure it means something different to each of us or we have different ways of describing the feeling...I just took a few thoughts but certainly not all of them...there simply wouldn't be enough room but then, that's love, isn't it...endless! Julie Thanks sweetheart, it is true that I care a lot about people but I can't, to be truthful, say that I love everyone...to me, loving someone is putting yourself on the line for them and that line is invisible, has no start nor an end, so I can't say that in all honesty I love everyone but I can say, I care and that I mean it... Ahh RG, too true that they are not little words, though they are often used too little. Perhaps they are just inadequate to describe, the feeling that consumes one? As you said, never enough time.. |

Actually, I would prefer to say, "You are loved by me" where the accent and the importance and the subject is you, not I, sweet Rainbow. |

Well, I can understand that poem . . . it says alot, and with feeling. The nice thing is you don't need to know the person well to be able to say _\m/ <=== I Love You :-) ------------------------------------------------ On a tous un peu peur de l'amour, mais on a surtout peur de souffrir ou de faire souffrir. "You have not loved until you have experienced the pain" I don't understand how we continue to love although it can sometimes hurt you. All Iknow is that I have given my all to it and even though it sometimes hurt I would do it again without a doubt. thanks rainbow girl, your HUGS always show the love you have for others. ------------------ miriam coronado |
