Marriage to me is not a 50/50 deal.
If 50 percent is all you give, then its not real.
For you should always give to this the best you’ve got.
If half is all you have to share then we have….naught.

If you give as much to this as I, then we’ll survive.
For its with you I want to spend the rest of life.
I’ll not accept one tiny bit less then all your heart.
For I have given you all of me right from the start.

So make your choice right now before this day is through.
If its me you want to spend 50 years with next to you.
because "until death do us part" means a lot you see.
and its you I want to spend 50 years with next to me.

And thats the only 50/50 part of this!

You said it well, Lucie-reminds me of Nan's "Give and Give". I would have said the same thing hadd I been placed in this situation.
