One voice has me dancing amongst the clouds.
The echoes roll endlessly through my heart.
My heartache this soft, lilting balm enshrouds.
What visions that dulcet sound does impart.

A smile lights with soft glow her angel's face.
Her eyes seem twin pools of liquid moonlight.
Thoughts of her wrap me in a warm embrace.
Wine colored lips are a lover's delight.

Her touch ignites my flesh with passion's fire.
Her love is the manna on which I live.
Every word of my verse she does inspire.
She returns ten-fold all to her I give.

On a falling star once I wished for love.
She is that wish granted by God above.
