Memories of you flood my mind
All the times I have spent wishing that you were mine
All the times I have seen you from a distance
All the time not knowing how you feel
I hope that you are interested in me as I am in you
You have caught my heart
Be gentle, my heart is soft and fragile
It has been battered and broken
It knows pain without bounds
And yet it insists that I give it to you
So my heart is in your loving hands
I long for the day
That I can add myself to that heart
The day in which I am embraced in your love
