poems not showing up in library

I have been noticing this for a while, but just not taken the time to ask. In my private library not all of my posts are showing up. I had it set originally to only show 20 posts for me, and now that I have more poems than 20, I've tried asking it to show me 50 poems. But it never changes the number of posts it gives me. It will not show me my earlier works. I changed my screen name a while ago from Callie312 to DawnG. Is this the problem? All of the posts from everyone else I have in my private library are working fine. Thanks for the help.

have you searched your previous name to see if the poems are there...

It was only showing you twenty, Dawn, because that's what you had it set to show. I changed it to 100 for you.

I suspect you were changing the drop-down option and expecting that to be enough. That's a fair assumption, because that's the way it works in a lot of other places. But, uh, not in the Library. The Library pages can get very big, so we don't want to make a lot of little changes and reload the page for every one. So, after making the changes you want, you need to scroll down to the bottom of the page and find the "Update Poets" button. Click that and the changes you've set in place will actually take place.

Yes, that is exactly what I was doing, I was hitting the update library, not the update poets button.

I did the exact same thing, too. I realized what I was doing wrong after about 50 tries...

I give a whole new meaning to the word 'sad.'
