*another story submitted to the Herald sun. None of them have been printed as yet but I live in hope. I smile to cover my shame but it’s hard standing day after day, statue still, naked, covered only by insurance, before the crowds, who ogle me with lust in their eyes. Everyday from nine to five I do this. It’s embarrassing. Michelangelo you had no right to portray me this way! Here in the midst of my lonely abyss, a single joy I find...your presence in my mind.
