Buying Stock In America

"Washington-Although the U.S. economy is sluggish and 8.6 million people are unemployed, American companies are hiring workers by the hundreds, building posh offices and signing new business contracts-in India.  By Raju Chebium of Gannett News Service.  February 02, 2003"

Why should we buy stock in American Companies that relocate abroad and in turn offer few jobs to Americans?  First they move their Company to India and in the process Americans lose their jobs and then they send the products made in India back to America and expect the Americans that have lost their jobs to buy the products.
If these American Companies don't have loyalty to American workers than why should Americans feel loyal to them?
We should make every effort to find out which Companies are the offenders of moving their production plants to foreign countries.
Its easy to tell because most of their products will have a label saying made in Ecuador, or China, or Taiwan or India.
We can make a list of Companies that sell a fair amount of American made products and those that don't and buy accordingly.
I know that these Companies relocate to bring manufacturing costs down but unfortunately these American Companies place more American workers on the unemployment rolls in the process.
Buy products at stores that sell American made products made by people that have a job in America.
Do not buy the products of Companies that have relocated their manufacturing plants to foreign countries.
Do not buy the stock of Companies that move production to foreign countries.
Buy American products and buy the stock of Companies that are supporting Americans.
The alternative is increasing numbers of Americans
that can not support their families.
An increase in unemployment also means an increase in poverty and crime.
It may be your job you are saving when you buy American made products and buy stock in America.

And that is the question of the day me thinks. Or should I say the question of the recession...the question of upcoming elections.
Thought provoking write James.
Nice to see you stretching your pen in prose.
