I've been trying to upload a photo, and they're cropped to the right dimensions. I just can't get the file size down. And I'm not sure what to do, aside from reverting them to black and white, to diminish the file size. And there's no guaruntee that would make it small enough anyway. I have a screwy computer, so all I've got to work with is Microsoft Paint and this thing called Image Forge.
HEEELP!!
