I wondered if any of you knows Browning well enough to point me in the right direction.

I believe that he wrote some prose that started thus:
"Mind alone is the sun of the earth. It lives on when the clouds and paraphernalia of pretensions have gone."

Searching on poetry sites has proved fruitless.
Can anyone help? Much appreciated.

Thank you.
Unfortunately I've tried that with no success. I truly believe the quote is from Browning but I wonder if I will ever find the evidence!
