I am trying to identify a form of poetry from one example that has 5 lines and 23 syllabes broken down like this:

1st line 2
2nd line 4
3rd line 7
4th line 8
5th line 2

and in which the 2nd and 3rd syllables rhyme and 13th and 23rd also rhyme.

Any ideas?

I'm sorry Alan, I have no idea. I'm sure someone else does though and will see this sooner or later. Sorry I couldn't help.
