hi,
i found this poem in my mail and it feels so familiar but I can place it and it is driving me crazy. could someone please help.

Send me no flowers
Whose blooms quickly die
Write me no love notes
And tell me no lies

I don't know the poem but have you tried searching any online collections?  If it is an older popular poem you will probably find it.  Good luck.
