I would like to write down as many things about an individual that I can think of from when I first met them and things pertaining to the now. Qualities, character traits, physical changes, Spiritual growth, talents, etc. and have someone write them into a poem that I could get printed and framed. Does anyone know of anyone who can do this for me?

I've written for weddings, funerals, birthdays, retirements and Mother's Day.
