I am so in awe of you all. Some of you are so amazingly prolific... where do you find the time/inspiration/energy? I just have to say... wow. |

Do you want the short or long version The love for poetry provides all the time/inspiration and energy for me. It's like real life young love and old love Love is emazing in either way Hope you liked the answer, because there is nothing more i can say To write is to love To love is to write Thank you [This message has been edited by HelmutB (edited 01-16-2000).] |

Just another part of the answer to your question, Wendy. If you sit at the keyboard with a frustrated and empty mind long enough, and type nonsense, the Gods of creativity eventually may take pity on you, and let you do something right once in a while. |

That sounds just about what happens to me, Ted!!! LOL Only I sit with pen an paper!! There never is enough time, Wendy!! So...just squeeze in your writing between everything else that you have to do!!! Seems to work for me......sometimes....hehehehehe Denise And slight is the sting of his trouble Whose winnings are less than his worth; For he who is honest is noble, Whatever his fortunes or birth.~~~Alice Cary, ~Nobility~ |

I carry a small notebook with me everywhere.. I've often jotted notes during a shopping trip..during lunch or while waiting in line....but the best time for me to write is in the evening...my mind is tired..jumbled with thoughts..and they seem to flow better.... |
