are there copies of this book still available? i know its been quite a while since entries were being confirmed, etc. and i noticed the order form is all still available and just wondered if there were still books in stock.

i went to pay through ccnow, as i now have a cc, but it doesnt accept mastercard. which si fair enough, im just curious if theres a reason as elsewhere in the ccnow site they mention visa/mastercard to do with australian dollars and such, so they must support it at some point. ill just pay by money order instead though.
