Please help me!!!

One of my close friend's birthday is coming up real soon and for her b-day I want to give her a birthday poem. I know I'm a poet and all, but I can't seem to write one. Does anyone know a good birthday poem? I'm only 13, so it can't be anything too adult and she isn't my BEST friend, just pretty close.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!

Sea, I hope that you read this before Friday!!!! I wanna tell her that you wrote it for me to give to her but I don't know your name! If you don't wanna tell me for whatever reason, that's okay, but I was just wondering.

Her birthday was yesterday and I gave her a present, a card, and the poem. And guess what........she loved it!!!

I told her that you wrote it for me to give to her and she says thank you sooo much! She absolutely loved it! Thank you so much again.
