On The Rising Cost of Tuition
by Kirk T Walker

Dressed in the clothes of an academic orphanhood,
Limping pain-lookingly
From the weight of coin-filled pockets,
“More please, sir,” replied The University.

I like this, except for the phrase "pain-lookingly". It's really awkward.

Hey you,
Standing in the aisles
With itchy feet and fading smiles,
Can you feel me?

I have to agree with the above response. Loved the image "academic orphanhood" very nice
