O' winds of midsummer, There is something running like you... Something just as wild and untamable With the neverending earnest expression, Having the love that fears God... There is but a smile on that face, With honey in the eyes as bright as the sun, O' the aging aegis of youth! Now, the long-worn face is unsoiled, But looks far, far away unknown... Into realms where sky and cloud melt And the blistering sun is only a rose -- Dark and withering... The profound unearthly heart... That shatters illusions with light, Within where is illusions of illusions. That's my best friend of the dry earth, Who smiled upon the passing clouds, In a land of unknown sovereignty... Where paradise was ours,... In a world only nowadays dreamt about... What is this unforgettable feeling?? For it feels close, yet far... Where earth is not earth. |

I wrote this two years ago, it's about Eve. And the land of unknown sovereignty is supposedly Eden, or paradise as it was on earth. It all came from a dream! Thanks, Littlewings, for what you said. [This message has been edited by Artur Hawkwing (edited 09-22-1999).] |
