Darkness casts a shadow, looming over a happiness past. No one can see, No one can hear, nobody is near. All alone these nights, tears overflow. Turn off the lights, no where left to go. Nobody knows, nobody sees. As I cry myself to sleep, all the secrets that I keep. Thirty Five, no reasons why. What was it worth? Nobody knows. Walk away, yesterday. The storm will pass, but will I last. Nobody knows, nobody sees. |

Darkness does cast a shadow, and one that's hard to find your way out of sometimes. There is still light out there somewhere. To reach it you have to step towards it. to step towards it, you have to see it. To see it, you have to look up. |
