It was with a sad and heavy heart that I learned of Ron's death.  He will be missed.  My condolences to his family, his friends, and to the members of this family.

This is a poem from my "Passions Gallery" series.  Way back from 2000.

We would always refer to Ron as "The Wizard," which is where the inspiration for the title comes from.

Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord,
and let perpetual light shine upon him.

he walks
it is the only way
any other way would not be
it is the way that he has chosen

he seeks
he has given his life
to find the answers of the soul
it is the way that is before him

he works
trying, trying, again
working to find the solution
it is the way that he will learn

he finds
finds the words now
they come to him as a fountain
telling the stories of a lifetime

this is the way
the way of his life
the way of the wizard
it is a lonely way
but for him,
it is the only way

-- That which gives light must endure burning.

Sven this is really beautiful.  We were all so blessed to have been a part of Ron’s story and lifetime. It truly was, his way, and his passion.

Best wishes and hugs to you,
/Kit
