 Oh my sweet lover Have no fear Though you can't see me I'm right here I'm the moonbeams Dancin' cross your floor The waves that embrace you At the shore I'm the twinkle Of the stars above Simply close your eyes And sense my love I'm the delicate rose In full bloom I'm the scent of your Favorite perfume You'll find me in A warm balmy breeze As it softly whispers Through your trees I'm the sunshine That kisses your skin When you need me Just look from within So when you ask "Where are you tonight?" Oh my, you do have a way with words to soothe the savage beast. Never noticed it before, but the initials in your name are the same as the ones in Passions in Poetry. Gotta love it! ~ If they give you ruled paper, write sideways. ~ |

Lovely emotional exploration of the yearning which may come from a long distance relationship, maybe berevement or even being the "other woman". Reading your words in glowing pink adds a special atmosphere to the poem. Your delicacy and subtelty are elements which are often lacking from my own poetry. |
