Counting down the days until Christmas arrives. I have bought all the gifts and kitchen supplies. The house is all clean and shine, smells like fresh lemon lime and wild flowers. The word bath is said hushed. Now the dog is clean and brushed. And to use the phrase my mother gleaned, my house is company cleaned. I’ve gotten ready in several different ways as I’ve been counting down the days. |
