I agree with you, yann. But on cloudy, even rainy nights when stars can't be seen...the old gas or incandescent streetlights would do just fine.

Thanks bluesy for the comment, what it is supposed to say, is that the light of stars inspires more the poet, your comment makes sense really but is too reasonnable in regards of a poetical opinion or stuff, like i tried to express this idea,

but i feel concerned by that

Stars on the one hand . . .
but then,
the voices of street lights
offer more light in the dark,
and if one stands within their glow,
one can hear the shadows, whisper.
