She was dark as sin Then she invited him in And trouble began She treated him mean He felt himself in a dream Nightmarish it seemed She twisted his heart Playing games right from the start Unwilling to part She would always lie He gave up trying to try Now she had to die He made up a plan Smack her with a frying pan He’s a happy man. She was dark as sin Then she invited him in And trouble began Inexperienced He smelled fresh from her laundry Still damp behind ears She treated him mean He felt himself in a dream Nightmarish it seemed He fell for her charms Learning to like her abuse No use resisting She twisted his heart Playing games right from the start Unwilling to part Putty for her play Molding him into a man Demented and hard She would always lie He gave up trying to try Now she had to die She taught him quite well He adapted to her ways His sly grin spreading He made up a plan Smack her with a frying pan He’s a happy man Loving cast iron Never fails an evil chef She tasted SO good Ha-ha-ha! This WAS fun, Lori Rhoden! I just couldn't get mine to rhyme like yours!  ...just bein' Bluesy |
