Like a rubber band coiling around my fingers, you give me something trivial to dwell upon ...for a sweet five seconds or so. Yes, I feel the warmth of your innocence and your tamed, serendipitous smile I also saw the sexy, alluring playfulness ...of your cocky grin. Pour me some green tea please, baby so I can see the tensions on your face as they slowly fade away just by simply ...being in this moment. ...just bein' Bluesy |

Like a rubber band coiling around my fingers this made me smile! Why you ask? Because my mother used to put a rubber band around her wrist to remind her to do something. LOL Now back to your poem, I loved the "being in the moment" stanza of this...surely proves that nothing else, is important, not the past, nor the future, simply put, just the smile on the face of this moment. Lovely.... Tea? |

This strikes me as being incredibly romantic, it has a sense if intimacy about it that I love. Very well done ~L |

Thank you, Miss Lee...for looking in on my efforts and commenting as you did. "Tea", you say? Oh yes, lets. ...just bein' Bluesy |

You always see the romance, Lori Rhoden...with or without your rose-colored glasses. ...and I am always in your debt. Poetically speaking, of course. ...just bein' Bluesy |

Thanks, Blues. You make me want to dig out my ancient tap shoes. They're still good as new...probably because I could never tap to "Tea for Two". I've lived a sad life filled with disappointments. ...just bein' Bluesy |
