There’s a box beneath a bridge,
where two lovers hide from lights
It once contained a Whirlpool fridge,
but now it warms their nights

It’s not for lack of money,
they’ve enough to get them by
They wanted to build their dream house,
but the prices reached the sky

So they found a means of living
and to keep their arms and legs
To each other they are giving,
but to society they’re dregs

And love abounds within the ply’s
when Bluesy and Rainbush embrace
Her intoxicating gypsy eyes
Spread Stardust ‘round the place

Yes, there’s a box beneath a bridge,
where two lovers spend their night
When once it contained a Whirlpool fridge,
now it glows with true love’s light

Yeah, I hear, feel you deep, my man . . . and I've never tried your way, nor Jerry's, but I got so drunk one night (Chinese New Years Celebration) at the NavCommSta, Guam (Naval Communications Station)'s EM Club, that when I started to the barracks about 2 in the morning, a mile or two away through the jungle essentially, I got "off track" and wound up sleeping IN the jungle, unbeknownst to me, until daylight!

Anyway, much enjoyed your piece - well written.
