Autumn winds launch leaves from the color painted trees. Dry and ready to fall, they rustle among the branches. They skitter scatter about like little critters across the lawn. They collect in corners like piles of sleeping puppies. They rustle to each other in clusters down the sidewalk, like crowds of people in the city. Rustling of leaves is the conversation of fall. Yeah, you're right, Lori, and quite a conversation it is . . . ~ If they give you ruled paper, write sideways. ~ |

I like this, Lori. I wanted you to write "critter catters". My mind weaves in weird word ways. Alison |

Leaves are late falling here in my yard ~ But there are enough to get a good crunch or two! Nicely penned as always Lori Lou Alana |
