         Autumn Nights

Wisps of misty dreams and
   memories,
hang suspended in the
   cool and lovely
Autumn-twilight calm,
as moonbeams and shadows
play among the pines
and dance across this
woodland stream ...
under a perfect ebony
star-cloaked sky.
The sound of distant
   evening bells,
mingle with my thoughts
   of only You,
to drift through time.

It took most of my (semi-wasted,alleged) "Life" ...
but, I may have actually/finally found a 'her' who
is a "keeper" ... so-to-speak ...
