only children sleep |

Only the children sleep at night, The poets console their rhymes, The masons fall from ladders, The bosses collect euros. They sleep in limbo blues, In the clouds which murmur, The children think of sheeps, of boats and of small bears. Only the women know how to dream, They caress the small cats, They breast-feed stars, The children listen to them at night. |
