A lemon meringue pie in the sky With blueberry clouds floating up high All is quiet but the oceans sigh And one lone squall of a seagulls cry Waves wash up on to the sandy shore Gifting treasures from the oceans floor Tranquility nestles to the core As twilight succumbs and begs for more Reflections seen in the setting sun Of days filled with laughter and fun For a new love that has just begun Two hearts and two souls journey as one © Poet In Pink |

I just love the ocean as a metaphor. You did her proud. Beautiful, calming visuals, and so very pretty in pink. ![]() |
