I sit down to write
but the words smear
line after line
and I fall
off
the
page
leaving
ink
in
blotches
and
wavering
lines
as
all
of
my
thoughts
turn
to
the
note
you
left

Sometimes they don't leave a note, but the effect is the same or worse...james
