Embrace Me~ Lost in Autumn spell, Incantation me With your foggy mist About face & lips. Conceal... Then reveal... Mysterious eyes, showy trees, Familiar crunch beneath feet, reminders of a past put to sleep. A season to Startle.. Chilly rain and wind Awakens love-speak, In this hour Of orange glow & Scarecrow wink, A Fall afghan Cloaks crimson thoughts upon Riled skin, Autumn is oh..so Amorous. Beautiful burn of Fall Come to singe hills & Fingertips, Captures all in bowing sun, Sweet copper song, Enamored, In this shed of day. ©Augustsky |

Spring has been my favorite season for a long time, but your gorgeous, brilliantly-wrought words are making me fall in love with autumn all over again (my least favorite part of it is that dreaded winter follows). You, dear lady, are one tremendous poet. |

A quite alluring journey, Sky~. of all the depictions here, I will admit a partiality to the mists. A singular voice can sound as if it comes from all directions there. What you see one second can be completely different the next. I love a good mystery. "As to the night the bright lights fade, While Darkness doth persist.
