Tear Travel~

How long does it take
a tear to roll down
the cheek
till it reaches
the jawline,
making the curve
to hide
in graceful shadow..

It doesn't matter
if there are warm lips
to whisper-kiss its journey,
a mouth that tastes
the Salty Sadness
and loves you anyway,
a sob catches in the throat..
he swallows it whole.

A gracious rendering Sky~

love the "whisper-kiss"...doesn't get any softer than that.

What moves me most is the slightest of hopes that there can be an unconditional acceptance of you, not a love that takes no notice of flaws, but one that sees all and loves you anyway. I think most hearts feel a yearning for such, not sure how many find it though.

This one touched me in a way I relate to well.
