Sometimes I wonder
And in the wind
I smell the rain
And wait
For the thunder

Where is the future
What was the past
And where will we be
Tomorrow

Nothing to complicate
Just a simple thought
As if we hadn’t been
Here before

I would walk with you
To the end of the universe
And step off
That’s my course

That’s a hell of a plan
And man
I’d do it with you
A million times

And if you don’t know that by now
You don’t know me
