Not Another One...... Another key worker has died Another family bereft Another river of tears cried By those who they left Another company goes to the wall Another country edges closer to poverty Another miscalculation in the rate of fall No mourners allowed in the cemetery Another report on the news Another tragedy unfolds Another section of society refuse To do as they are told Another shortage of PPE Another dearth of essential food & supplies Another lack of beds in ICU Why are people so surprised? Another whistle gets blown Another millionaire complains from his mansion Another sneaky Mp visiting their second home They seem to think they are exempt from the sanctions Another complaint that our civil liberty is under attack Another picture of a moron stockpiling for gain Another case of "I'm all right Jack " They should hang their heads in shame Another sound bite for Donald Trump Another attempt to win the next vote Another unpalatable lump That sticks in your throat Another day when everybody prays Another one where so many are struggling to cope Another plan to end to these tarnished days Society is beginning to lose all hope Another day spent in isolated retreat Another day the World spent on its knees Another day the science is beat Will we ever beat this disease? Not another day wasted finger pointing at the Chinese Or opposing Mps and experts on TV at each others throat When the one single thing on which everyone agrees We need an antidote .....
