Born from a thought, nurtured by an imagination, evolving into a dream Still, in all her affection and beauty, she lays beyond my reach... but she never knows that Sometimes she waits on me and smiles an unsuspecting smile And then there are times when she gives so much of herself to me, comforting my many ails, yet never once realizing how distant she is If the ink never fades, she’ll live forever, long after this heart of mine has died Pass the Glade if you're going to do that here... |

PU, "If the ink never fades, she’ll live forever, long after this heart of mine has died" This is wonderfully romantic! Loved this! ~L |

I couldn't agree with Lori anymore. That phrase is to die for. Ahhh . . . The rest of the poem kicks ass also. ~ If they give you ruled paper, write sideways. ~ |
