Laying on the grass,
my true love and I
with the moon glowing
in her gypsy brown eyes

Singing lullabies we knew,
still fresh and fun...
Wishes flowed freely
between our thoughts,

...and our spiraling celestial dreams

Dreams which seared the night sky like a comet's tail,
...then faded as gently as a spent candle

Bluesy,
You have the perfect touch of mush...Not too sweet and schmaltzy or fake and flaky. Just enough to make a person think, "awe" and feel warm and fuzzy, ~L

Ah, such things are life itself, aren't they. Loved the last 3 lines . . . perfectly closed.
