Hushed~

Hushed by his tenderness,

yet alive and vocal

by a knowing lovers stroke,

silk whispers spinning webs

to catch each private sigh.

That kind of man

who can silence sobs,

absorb them through his chest,

then kiss your hair,

and it isn't a white knight dream,

he tastes of salt with rough hands,

yet he smoothes love

across a womans soul.
